I’m going to use my blog as my lame “The Secret” vision board
Here’s what I want:
I need $350,000. Or, whatever, like 20% of that. I don’t really know how real estate works.

I bet it looks lovely in winter too. How about the town nearby? Schools, work, etc? But ~60-70K? Surely you & S might come up with this! But the question is can you do w/o the bars and other nice amenities we’re all used to from city living? That’s the essential point perhaps. A solid vacation home perhaps too?
